- Prices include all bills and bed linen and towels
- Short breaks of less than one week are possible in the low season and also occasionally for late availability
- Under such circumstances it may be possible to start your break on a day other than the normal changeover day (Saturday).
- Prices for short breaks are:
- Upto four nights - two-thirds of weekly rent
- Additional nights - one sixth of weekly rent
A 25% deposit is required on booking and full payment is required 60 days before your holiday.
A secuity deposit of £100 is also payable and will be refunded after inspection.
In the barn, we provide a portfolio of information for the cottage covering local pubs and restaurants, places of interest to visit, trips and walks.
